The refurbishment of 2No. office buildings at Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh commenced in 2016 with the phased refurbishment of various floors and over the following years included subsequent floors and buildings. 

Davie and McCulloch were appointed to carry out the full M+E design for the refurbishment works. 

As the building was occupied throughout for the vast majority of the project works, maintaining continuity of services and the working environment was critical in successful completion of the various projects.
