This major office refurbishment in Glasgow’s city centre commenced initially with the phased refurbishment of three floors and then over the following years expanded to include subsequent floors, eventually comprising all office spaces in the seven-storey building. 

We were appointed to carry out the full M+E design for the refurbishment works, which were being completed whilst the building was occupied. As a result, maintaining continuity of services and the working environment was critical in successful completion of the each phase.
