We have undertaken a number of projects for M&G Property at Atlantic Quay in Glasgow, including a Chiller replacement, Boiler replacement, Ventilation upgrade works and Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting replacement works.

Each of the projects has been undertaken while the buildings have been fully occupied, with refurbishment works phased and programmed by our team to minimise any disruption to tenants. 

We were also responsible for overseeing the full M+E Services refurbishment of Building No 2, Atlantic Quay by Lloyds Banking Group on behalf of the landlord 

In addition to the works at Atlantic Quay for M&G Property we were also responsible for the design and project management for the installation of air conditioning for one of their office buildings at Redheughs Rigg in Edinburgh.
