Teviot House is located at South Gyle, on the outskirts of Edinburgh and comprises open plan office accommodation split over three levels. This project involved the refurbishment of approximately 1700m2 of office space on the ground floor and we were appointed by WMQ Building Services Ltd, through a design & build contract with Morris + Spottiswood to complete M+E designs.

Mechanical services works designed and coordinated by our team included the installation of new air handling plant, fan coil units, supply & extract ventilation ductwork, LTHW / CHW distribution pipework and DX cooling for the Comms Rooms.

The electrical services included the replacement of existing lighting & power distribution, emergency lighting and the installation of UPS units for Comms Room equipment.
