Maxwellton and Greenburn is a new primary school within East Kilbride combining the existing Maxwellton Primary School and Greenburn, an assisted special needs school including, sensory room, soft play and a hydrotherapy pool. 

We were appointed by Kier Construction to carry out the full M+E design for the facility. At the outset of the project, our engineers carried out a full CIBSE TM52 overheating analysis, energy modelling and detailed daylight analysis to ensure the building met the client low energy and sustainability targets. 

Services were all delivered in-house by our engineers who were active participants in the collaborative working process involving the client and their design team, contributing to delivery of an efficient and effective design.
